Refund Policy

At IV Technology, we strive to provide excellent s
ervices and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request service cancellation by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Custom Software Development: Due to the customized nature of services, no refunds are offered once the project milestones are approved and delivered.
• Consulting Services: If services are prepaid, partial refunds for unused sessions may be granted based on the specific case.
• Digital services /Subscriptions: No refunds once access credentials, files, or services have been delivered.
  
  Once the refund is approved , Amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  

3. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact our support team within 7 days of project completion. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue in a fair manner.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Client fails to communicate in a timely manner causing project delays.
• Change of mind after service has been initiated.
• Cancellation of services due to reasons not related to IV Technology’s performance.
